PVC Free Vela GreenScreen fabrics contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs), eliminating the need for off gassing and improving your air quality. They are commonly used in both commercial and residential applications. Eco Green fabrics may contribute to accumulating credits for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards for North America.
The LEED Green Building Rating System gives builders credits for the use of healthier, more environmentally responsible products through energy conservation and the ability to contribute to an overall improvement of indoor environmental quality. These credits may ultimately add up to earn a "green building rating". Vela Eco Green is 100% Polyester and is PVC free shade. Most shade fabrics are 3% openness, 97% dense. These shades are lead free.
